And "yes", lowering settings should be the solution. But it still runs like s**t and performs like s**t. Worst of both worlds.
Did you try it on your Gameboy or your Microwave? Maybe it will work there on low settings. I mean that's what low settings are for?!

Appears almost everything is either broken, missing, or un-optimized. Another Paradox example about how they are more concerned about making shareholder money than delivering good games. In recent years they have sold out to the dollar, with every release and sub-par DLC they are pissing more and more people off.
