8. pop growth is broken and will decrease dramatically and then rise (waves up and down for no reason). - this is normal

14. Commercial (blue zones) don’t really have an impact, even if you have a high demand for commercial zones, they will always say they don’t have enough customers. even if you delete large amounts of them, or move them around
