Can my computer run it?
I have a Nvidia 1650, is this enough for the game, given the recent patch?

It's not difficult to read the system requirements and identify the bare minimum specifications needed to run the game.

However, based on feedback from users who have 40 series cards, it's not a walk in the park for them, so what more for you. So, even if your system meets the minimum requirements, prepare to lower your expectations.

Yes, I am aware of the minimum system requirements, and my card is above the cut, but since it is bellow the recommended I was wondering if it was worth getting.

Suppose you don't mind the lowered graphics because of the currently deplorable state of optimization. In that case, I say go for it and hope they release optimization patches as soon as possible so that the specifications they provided will be enough to deliver the game.

Surprisingly, yes. I myself have a Geforce GTX1060, which is the bottleneck in my rig. But with all the tips from the internet, I tried the PC Games test SaveGame with the 100k resident savegame and got an average of 19 to 26 FPS when my view is in the center of the big city. At my current level I only have around 7000 inhabitants and things are going great there. Unfortunately, the developers don't provide good game settings at the start of the game, so you're forced to do it yourself to remove FPS eaters!

Ah, excellent to hear this! I will definitely weight it in when I’ll purchase the game

3080 here. I am actually quite surprised how well the game runs. Was expecting much worse. 1920 x 1080 ofc.

I got a 1080Ti and play on 1440p without much issue and stil keeping around 50fps on a decent size city. Just make sure to turn off depth of field and vsync
Thank you everyone who answered to this, it will have an impact whether I purchaee the game in the future

Honestly, wait for 1 more year. CS1 with mods (and some dlc) is by far the superior experience.
