Right now, if there's an intersection with significant traffic crossing the oncoming lane to make a turn, you have to use a roundabout or completely turn off left turns and put in a jug handle.
In CS2, the rest of the gameplay mechanics now all take front seat, and traffic is just a little thing that happens a bit during rush hour.
That is until you heavily utilize cabs and they completely break pathfinding in your town by causing a complete gridlock as they fail to properly pick up or drop off their fares. Garbage will pile up, buildings will burn down, it's great fun for the entire family.
