Yep, there’s one out there, I forget the guys name, he explained what each of those options is, and they really do make a difference, depending on which ones you toggle on and off
At first I thought the same way until I figured out what was causing all the problems. It actually has to do with where you start attaching the road to the your existing road layout. If you start on the middle or the edge results in very different outcomes. It is a learning curve but you will find over time were to start your road connection to to get the results you are looking for. Be sure to pay attention to the length count and angle of the new road so make sure it is 90%.
Also, toggling on and off the different, snapping and options when you’re building, the roads will make a huge difference. Some options cause it to break while toggling them off will correct it.
I could not stand it at first myself, because I do like grids, however, if you go out and look at some tutorials on YouTube, or play around with those settings, I actually now like it better than in the original. There’s so much more control upgrading to larger roads has also never been easier.
