Also i had a traffic accident on a bridge with a huge jam bc of that, police car was standing inside of the jam with lights and siren, waiting.... resulting in the accindent not getting solved.
I literally watched how 1 apartment-building on fire, went from small flame, to spreading to 3 other buildings, and having huge flames, while the firetrucks were about 50m away, waiting in an intersection for 2 cars and a red light.
Please fix it, so we don't burn down our citizens for no reason.
This I 100% do not agree with. If emergency vehicles can't find another route to an emergency you should think about your road layout. With this being said, emergency vehicles should always drive "wrecklessly" meaning, if they encounter a traffic jam they should do a U-turn and reroute. If it's a express way, they should be able to drive down the sides as we do in real life.
Working on a 911 ambulance this, sadly, sounds like a pretty accurate simulation...
Was thinkiing of making a few of my 4 lane roads setup with bus lanes just to give EV's some breathing room.
my city size is around 50k residents.

But yet its nowhere to be found in the release version of the game.
Many thanks for answering
I think they prevent too much traffic from appearing in the first place ?
Maybe I will boot the game up in the week and have a closer look.
