Small Emergency Shelter report not enough water/power/sewer problems
This type of building should not require any 'manual' connecting, and just plopping it next to a road that has everything should be enough.

It sure is for my other 6 shelters... Yet this one keeps complaining ?

I've create a short video to illustrate:

Small Shelter water/sewer/power problems

I think this should just work, and I have enough water/power and sewer capacity. Why are all other buildings ok and only this one has a problem ?

I had them error out like that whenever i upgraded them for extra food storage, so I just stopped doing that.

Funny you say that... I did upgrade all my shelters prior to this happening...

It seems to be the food storage upgrade only that causes the issue, improving their capacity for people doesn't seem to trigger it.

Demolished the building, rebuild it, no issues. Upgraded food, no issues, upgrading capacity, still no issues.

Few moments later... ISSUES! ;-)

It's definitely a bug then. Ok, nothing I did wrong then.

One thing though, why only this particular shelter ?

No idea, probably a disconnect from the road that isn't reconciled during the upgrade process. I imagine it'll be fixed at some point if its reported enough.

Temp fix: rebuild shelter a bit further away from the place where the issues were.

As a test I set up 2 shelters nearby and upgrade both of them to the full, and nothing bad happened this time.

Relocate it far away, move it back, and wait a few seconds

Thank you god. I put like 30 of these bad bois before it happened. moving one or two will fix a bunch of them at once. Thank Homie.
