Awesome. Save file not showing up.

I've been working on my second save. Loaded it up today before work. Played a couple hours saved shutdown. On my lunch break I went to to play for a little bit and check if some bugs were present that a friend and I were discussing. Well the save is gone. On the launcher if I hover over Resume it shows the city name but loads up to the main menu where the continue button is greyed out. My first save is present but my second save is gone. If I start a new city the tutorials are also completely reset. But if I check the saves folder in AppData the save files are present there. Super fun.

Okay so I had this issue but if Cloud Saves are on, go to Cloud Saves then download the file you need and then in Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Users\*YOUR USERNAME*\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\Saves and place the savegame in there (for me there was a folder with numbers so I placed it inside the folder and also outside the folder as I was not sure which one it would accept, afterwards I shutdown steam and started the game. Not sure if this will solve your issue but it works for me so I am leaving it as is. Hope this helps you too.

Restarted steam and now the save is there (Local)

Well bummer for me. It doesn't seem to be uploading the saves to the steam cloud. Its turned on in the library settings for the game but no saves. Whats weird is the saves are there in the folder though just must be corrupted.

Just to be clear with my actual problem. First save is here. Second save wont be recognized. Also ALL of my settings are defaulted. And the tutorials are reset. I had my graphics settings all changed for performance and now they are all set back to default. And all my gameplay settings "start paused" and all that have all been reverted to default settings. I also now notice my cursor in the main menu is bugged like two black lines until I alt tab out and back in. The cursor is interesting since I've reinstalled since lunch. Little weird.
