already sisabeld depth of feeld sit its blury
this needs an urgent fix, because its actually giving me a headache, which no game should.
If you can't play comfortably with it on, you should disable it.
I'm using TAA and don't see this, and TAA looks much better than any of the other settings.
A higher refresh rate or framerate can hide the effect, but that is fundamentally how TAA works. It uses traces of the past frames to smooth out the current frame.
It might look better, but if it's making OP feel physically ill they should still consider disabling it for their own sake.
You should turn scaling off, it just makes everything worse.
That might be it, I'm hitting 100+ fps most of the time.
I also have TAA on in other games, such as Hell let loose, and its fine.
As for upscaling, well... i odnt have a 4090, only a 4070TI. id go from 27 fps, down to 19 fps if i did that. Again, id consider that unplayable.
Did you ever figure out a solution to this?
Lost interest.
with a ton of frustration, I helped the modding community make surfaces and decals for farmland, in the hopes of getting my head back into the game, but modding was abit stressful all in itself, and got burnt out, and decided to call it quits with the game..
Im more than likely did try global illumination, as i did try just about every combination going.
Its TAA thats was the issue for me, but was the only anti aliasing method, that looked presentable, without jagged lines everywhere.
