My buildings turn black when moving around
Sorry for the rather blurry description but I'm not sure how to phrase it other than walls textures turn super dark whenever I zoom in or out or move around the map on certain buildings.. Seems to be some kind of rendering bug ?

Edit: Problem seems to happen far less (almost inexistant) when looking at city from very far away, but when zooming back in, the black starts creeping around again.

No perf pb, but this graphical pb 2 sec after zooming in. House get black/undetailed, same for roads and cars.
From far away, it look totally OK

Buy a 4090 ti... fixed.
Yeah well that's not very helpful, tbh my performances on medium 1080 (which, running on 3070 isnt that good I know) aren't too bad so far other than that but I've only got a pretty small city for now

I have a 4090 and Ive been having the same issue since the beginning. I thought I had fixed by changing the distance of view but this last time that I started the game the issue came back with a vengeance. Zooming out solves the issue but as soon as you zoom back the black and invisble textures also comes back.

You go into your game folder settings on steam and you have the option "check and verify files" which will scan your game files and identify errors and whatnots, redownload as well as fix the issue. Though keep in mind that I'm playing the game on xbox game pass so might not work the same on steam, dunno, give it a try though !

I’m on Xbox game pass too how do I fix this?

I managed to fix this by changing the Texture Filter Mode to bilinear in the advanced graphics settings. I found this solution on the paradox forums: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/rendering-of-textures-disappearing-vehicles-in-distance-black.1604170/
