Terrible performance, uninspired game, disingenuous corporate shills and now they aren't even doing a steam workshop like every other great PC game out there. Paradox just did what Maxis did in 2013 and killed a great city simulation franchise. History repeats itself.. Sad....

Sis calm down. They're not doing workshop support because they're rolling their mods in-house, so that it can be cross-platform. The game isn't available for JUST PC; it's out there for PS5 and XBOX as well, which doesn't have access to steam workshop. This new take will allow console players access to modding as well.

Quit the doom and gloom and give it a year; the game will be patched up, performance will be better, mod support will be released. And if by then it still "sucks"? There's tons of other games in the genre, and prior games in the genre, that are still there, still available to be played, still available to be modded....

Everyone acting like this ♥♥♥♥ is zero-sum. Wild.

Ive got an i7 with 3080ti and I dont have performance issues, I do have graphical texture issues though.

My problems are not with performance (though 30fps target is console fanboi ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥) - my issues are with the size of map not really being big, and the vanilla maps are ♥♥♥♥. I cant wait for modders to do their thing

also, ♥♥♥♥ paradox modding support - shouldve been on steam

It’s not virtue signaling, it’s an honest call for a bit of perspective. I don’t really like the OPs take or the idea of reminding us it could always be worse. But, calling virtue signaling is both incorrect and rude.

BTW, the game is a major disappointment to almost everybody.
