2. Apply Roadside parking fee district policy (increase this one to discourage people parking on the street)

3. Eliminate street parking strip by adding grass, for example.
@poster ; Just put either wide grass patches or extra concrete sidewalks on with the additional options in roads. This extra space will remove any parking and ban it.
how i start Roadside parking fee district policy?
I tried lowering parking fee and with policy. Point is parking lots are full no matter how many I build. I wanted nice looking roads without any cars parked on roads. So how do I plan it, should I put parking lots in one long row but that will drain money. Is there a way??? Without mods
