Cities Skyline 2 is fine.
The fact the Devs said that 30 FPS in 2023 is optimal is a joke. With my PC I should expect north of 100 FPS, its ridiculous why these companies can't optimize anything. It's really unprofessional and shows how little skill they really have.

Nah, it had a terrible launch, couldn't even connect to the servers consistently for almost 2 weeks.
Could run the game at over 60 FPS thats for damn sure. CS2 is just lazy. They cut content, they reduced graphics, functions, immersion, this so called better AI is a joke. Everything was a lie.
You couldn't even log in to play Simcity 2013 for nearly a week because of how badly its launch was handled. And when you did manage to log in there was insane lag until they eventually resolved it because of the insistence that it be Online all the time.
So no, Simcity 2013 launch was still leagues worse.
