Mostly high school, there hasn't been enough time for graduation from college yet. Seems weirdly balanced, by the time citizens are educated, the whole map would be filled by low density boring suburbs.
I was also thinking this but most of my citizens are high school educated
ive unlocked so many new building tiles and all my city wants to do is have more low res housing UGH im like 6 hrs into gameplay and i dont have a single high res building bc i have NO demand. so frustrating. maybe my population isnt big enough? idk im around like 15 to 20k people and they gave me the option for high residential so long ago but no one wants it lmao
How am I supposed to live out my walkable city dreams in my city skylines world when ALL WE HAVE ARE SUBURBS 🤬
High density 5x5 block. Houses 300ish people.
Plus that high density block is EFFING HUGE. If you want a forest of skyscrapers you have to get to a very high population. Otherwise you get a few here and there.
Also low rent housing counts as high density for the demand-o-meter. I think a lot of people are assuming its medium.
I am definitely people 😭 I thought it was medium bc it wasn’t super tall and unlocked at the same time. Damn
