The ability to create a city in the game in which I live from Google maps.
I would like to create a city in the game where I live in real life. In order to simplify this process, the game should be able to download from Google maps, a section of terrain with a relief. The program should determine where the roads, buildings and forest are located, and generate them automatically from the objects of the game library.

Put + if you want to have it in the game and maybe the developers will pay attention to it. Or tell me where I can write to them directly.

What a nice idea. Perhaps a modder can make that. At the very least a way to import and resize a picture that's projected onto the ground that you can trace.
But beware that you may import your own city and realise it's not a very good layout and has all kinds of issues like the hospital not serving the entire city. Sounds realistic though.

That's not possible with current technology. This would be rendering at 10% efficiency rate and 100% Disc space usage and ram usage would make your PC explode.

One CS map did my hometown (Wenatchee, Washington) fairly well. With CSII being 12x12 miles, Wenatchee would make for a perfect city. Featuring a fair sized river flowing into the mighty Columbia at the north end of town, the 2 hydro dams at each end of the valley are about 10 miles apart, and before they went in the Columbia had steamboat traffic! The valley has about 70k population, and was the nexus for the effort to punch a line through the Cascades, which arise abruptly to our west, to Seattle. The valley itself is long and narrow, with an elevated flat escarpment to the east. It would make for a challenging city build.

This function is implemented in the Twinmotion program, it can be done so that it is not too demanding on hardware. Maps can be loaded in chunks and with less detail, as on a real map, the main thing is that roads and terrain are created on it to make it easier to complete the infrastructure of the city.

Terrain.party is a website that allows you to download a height map of any place in the world that can then be used to make a new map in the CS1 editor. So hopefully there will be something similar available when CS2 comes out.

There was a mod where you could get the terrain is CSi for your home town. You had to add the highways and trains, not a big problem.
The highways were two big for the terrain. But I liked it!
They should include this in the mods
