Difficulty / Gameplay Concerns

I've seen some things that make the game too easy and/or break immersion. Please change them. I'm probably forgetting some stuff....
- free landscaping
- absurd amounts of money from milestones
- milestones are named as "large town" and such but don't have a population requirement
- turning up taxes is OP
- taxes by education level????
- too much residential demand early game (when your city should have low attractiveness because there is nothing to do)
- some buildings are way too big for what is needed early game and need smaller options (graveyard, schools)
- electricity import/export is too convenient / reliable / automated
- cranes to build small buildings

Actually, it was the "small city" rank and also it was 13 people, not 1.

Parks are cheap and provide enough xp that you can buy your way to each level with them. The milestones give you more than enough to get to the next one that way. Just pause the game and keep buying parks. Then delete them all at the end. You end up with a 1 person Metropolis.
