Can’t be too critical though. If they tried to do computational fluid dynamics properly they would have to cut the entire city-building part and it still wouldn’t be enough!
I suspect no, since this seems like a revamp rather than new well worked game.
Respectfully disagree. I loved this little quirk. It gave the game some character.
But seriously, if there is still water physics, I hope they're a bit more realistic than CS 1. Imagine having to actually worry about low spots in your cities and supplying appropriate drainage to keep streets from flooding!
