Notice the style is named "American", not "International" like CS1. My theory...
At first I was concerned that they named the style "American". But then, this may be how they integrate the popular Mod: Building Themes...

My theory is CS2 will be able to add *many* styles from around the world with future Mods and DLCs. By naming it "American", it leaves lots of room for other styles named "Asian", "Arabian", "Oceanian", etc.

Just sayin but I suggest that you watch the trailer again or indepth analysis videos of the trailer by people like Biffa. There is a european theme and I'm almost certain that there will be more themes, especially with different themed content creator packs being a thing in CS1.

I hope so. My dream city is to build modern infrastructure around a traditional European city without letting it be taken over by modern glasspunk and keep the more modern district separate, but with decent transportation.
