Do you like that Cities 2 has the American aesthetic of the city?

We can safely assume that the USA aestethic will be the standard in Cities Skylines 2.

That does not exclude other possible styles, but USA will be the standard.

Although I am European, I am very happy with this decision, because the games I've grown up with (Simcity, The Sims, etc.) all have the classic American style, so it feels very familiar.

I can't agree, i feel like both styles should be represented. I hope they wont focus too much on american style....

Would love for there to be different city aesthetics. The ability to make a Japanese city would be amazing, or a European city, or a mix of them all.

No offense to the North Americans, no their architecture is imo bulky, impractical and ugly, however it's better than nothing. I do like building themed districts, in that sense I like it. I do hope we get, West European, East European, North European, South Asian, East Asian, South African, East African, Caribbean and South American theme's as well. In that way everyone can pick their poison. Though I suspect this will be behind DLCs, if the dlcs are good, it's fair game imo.
