Good 81km or 40km maps?

I'm looking for some large (good) custom maps, either 81 or 40km. I just can't seem to find any on Google, some help would be helpful. Thanks.

well, there aren't so much custom maps at that size mainly because 40x40 and 80x80 maps lag hard and it takes ages for units to move, i think the only regulary played 80x80 map is "world domination" and as 40x40 i would suggest you Alpha Quaratine (official map) but you wont find many custommaps of this size, biggest you find in higer numbers is 20x20

i dont wanna act as a everything-knower in this thread but i would really recommend you to play 20x20 maps, the feeling is the same, and there arent so much more mass extractors on bigger maps as you ma think

as 20x20 maps i suggest:

Carona
Emeral Lake
Ozone Islands
Claudron_big

It would have to be a very well designed map to make good use of 40x40 space. 20x20 is generally enough.

A good 40x40 is the Great Void, an official map. It gets around the size problem by only utilising a 20x20 part n the middle (roughly).

there are two european maps i believe or i might just be wrong

some maps here in strategyinformer and also on gamershell supcom f.a maps and map packs not sure what works though :} gamershell supreme commander forged alliance map pack 4 has some 8 player maps theres 2 others mappacks allso 1 is for supcom one not sure if those work in supcom f.a though ok :}
