Missing units - Radar and Air stageing

Throughout the campaign and skirmish I haven't got any bloody radar or air staging. At first I assumed that they would be unlocked later into the campaign but I just tried skirmish and I still have nothing.

So has anyone else had this problem?
And if so any fixes?

that is very strange, did you think of that the resolution and/or the size of your screen might lead to the buildmenu beeing to big and not shown completely? in this games there are small fields with them you can scroll the buildmenu (right hand bottom side of the screen when you have a build unit selected i think)
