looks like a file permission or antivirus issue to me
Made sure the whole directory is on the antivirus exception list.
Bugsplat, supcomdatapath, those are in there by default - at least for the steam version.
I'd even go as far as asking: why you are touching any binary at all (*.exe, *.dll, etc)?!
The installer/updater program has now been corrected for this issue.
I for on truely appreciate your hard work on this mod.
I understand that it changes a lot of internal stuff and vastly optimizes the general performance and AI, but on the moddb page it's also said that it includes parts of other mods. So I'd love to have more explanations about that.
Is the interface altered? Are there new units?
I find the building icons really bad in the vanilla game. Does LOUD change them or is it compatible with a mod which would allow for clearer icons? (I don't even know yet if that does exist.. I simply reinstalled the game, last time I played was years ago)
There is also no list of mods. Loud comes with some mods from other people (with alterations to make them work better with the ai) like TotalMayhem, Blackops, Supreme Score Board, GAZ_UI, Massfabmanager and maybe some more.
Loud also comes with the advanced strategic icon mod (will be an executable which you need to run in your bin folder) so you can use that to make strategic icons bigger/look different.
