I too was a little surprised at what happened to her.
I like the profesionality of every charakter in supcom1 + FA
The thing about the 2nd is, the physics and gameplay are different to the first. As an RTS it is great in its own way, however as a sequel it is rather poor.
However it plays differently enough that you can play 1 after the other and not get bored as they do feel like different RTS Games.
As for the story, well....i am really not sure how they manged to make it as bad as they did, I mean its really bad, full of massive plotholes and in places just makes no sense at all. however each mission in itself are still rather fun so that at least makes up for it a bit. ( I could rant for pages on the plotholes lol)
As I say though many like the gameplay of the 2nd(though many do not) however as long as you play it on its own terms and do not just expect more supcom 1 or FA it is still enjoyable to play.
Of which has come to my point, SupCom1 and 2 are quite different games. Can the developer support them simultaneously in the future? SupCom1 is really its own genre (since total annihilation), it certainly deserves another expansion independent of SupCom2 to expand on the story and game mechanics. I will gladly buy it.
Sadly though the developer seems to have no plan on either expanding SupCom1 or 2. ;(
She then control ks :(
yup was confirmed a while back.but your off on something he didnt donate anything he uses nanotech and cloning to make cybrans.. while dostya was the donor.. Ivan was a prototype cybran "aka proto cybran" theyre are sinular in appearance as hes a kinda cloned twin with slightly more modifications.. heres a little info on him.. by my guess brackman was planning on using ivans body to transfer his conciousness into once it reached a certain stage of cyber evolution.
