How do i make experimental units

please help, ive been practicing on ai people and i see they have experimental ♥♥♥♥ everywhere.
how do i get it?

Once you have t3 engineers, an additional icon will appear on the interface where you select different units, there will be a round circle in thr top most bar, The fourth one... I forget what it looks like, but click on it and it will show you what experamentals you can build. Click on the exp. you want and have t3's build it. You have to have a t3 eng. selected to access the exp.'s though and where you want them to build it. Hope this helps you. Just play around with it a bit?
