doesnt give a time as to when experimental units were sent.
Specially easy to do if you are host, less so as guest. Even then, there are some things that can be exploited for unintended anvantage, without using any "trainer". TBH thought that it stopped being called that back in the 90's.
At the same time there are pro's who know exactly what they are doing and to someone who maybe is not that good at the game, could appear as cheating, I am not saying the op did not see someone cheating, but lots of people who are good at multiplayer games are accused of cheating by people who simply are not any good, amount of hours in game does not prove your skilled, you could just like the game and be no good.. (again I am not saying the op is no good, its just an example)
