i have been upgrading all the facilities and all outposts are liberated ,,,but prosperity doors became locked,
do i still have to complete a story mission,
The only time the doors got shut and locked for me, was when Prosperity got attacked. After the attack, you're supposed to talk to Rush and/or Kim; the doors unlock and open shortly after that, IIRC.
The next step, IIRC, is to go to New Eden and make contact with Joseph Seed. Do that, and when you've spoken to Joseph, see if the doors in Prosperity are still locked up.
To be fair, the game tells you that as soon as you complete the requirements for Level 2, in my case bringing Rush back from the mine. There's a cut scene where the twins tell you they're going to attack which then generates the Under Siege mission. As you'll now know, you trigger that by going and speaking to the scout.
I've avoided that and focused in bringing all specialists and 6/8 guns for hire back and now I'll trigger it...
The exact mission you need to do is "Under Siege", and it's not far from the gate. You simply have to talk to the scout then survive the attack.
I'm sorry to hear that you are stuck at this mission.
Have you not had any other main missions pop-up? If not, have you tried rolling back to an earlier save or trying from a fresh save?
