Worth it?

Is the game worth getting? I've enjoyed every far cry game so far, Im just not a fan of the visuals looking at the screens.
So if I enjoyed FC5, there a chance I'll enjoy this aswell?

So this is basically FC5 but with different visuals, if you enjoyed FC5, but hate new dawn's pink, dunno man..
I actually like New Dawn more than 5.

Hmmm...tough question

There's some good ideas in this game, but the full price is surely not worth it, only get it on a sale since the game seems to be too short (maybe 1/3 of far cry 5 if my calculations are correct)

I've clocked almost 60 hours in far cry 5 but in this one...13 hours in and it seems I'm already beyond half the map (and trying to do everything and explore everywhere)

I like the guns but it seems they can't be customized, which is a big no for me in a fps game like this. You have the rpg aspect of the game which is not bad, and the crafting seems to be a bit better and you can upgrade your base and invest in different aspects of your town and some upgrades.

I bought it on sale, but I would not dare to pay full price for a "re-made" skin of the same game, I would consider New Dawn as a DLC, but definitly not a different game

You can always try the game for 2 hours and see if you like the "theme", me tbh? I don't care much for the looks of a game but more of the gameplay

I would say, treat this more as a large expansion to FC5. New character new challenges, but a few characters come back from FC5 and you get to flesh their story out some more.

It's ok on sale but don't pay full price for it, if you liked the others you should be fine with FCND.

Its not better as Far Cry 5 in my opinion, i finished new dawn, but its for sure shorter then 5 story is also kinda meh but neverless its a far cry game but not the best one.

in my opinion, far cry 5 was way better. New dawn is more frustrating and annoying, even some mission cant be completed unless u do it your way and dont listen to the game. Its better to wait for another far cry.

No, they completely ruined it. WTF I cannot kill bear or puma with machine gun, shooting all ammo into their heads. It's just like any typical RPG with grinding.
