So I want to know if people are able to beat milky nose on PC. I barely managed to beat easy mode and I only get to about 3/4ths on medium before I lose. I have not tried hard yet.

I looked at some videos from PS4 on easy and medium mode and they SEEM to be easier, so I'm wondering if it might be a frame rate bug or something. On the easy video it seems like the player is barely matching the bars and has a really long time: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAC6kak7tmM

I beat all 3 difficulties. It's possible to do at 60fps, but you need to be really precise.
Can't say I know how it compares to PS4, but I'll give the obvious suggestion of saving and reloading until you get it done.

Okay so I turned on SSAO, tanking my framerate, which made it basically impossible to lose. So if anyone else has problems with this, do that.

I tried this yesterday and had no chance, even watched the same video you posted.

I don't really want to do what you suggested but I've tried it multiple times now, just like in the video and I can't do it for the life of me.

I tanked my FPS to win dis bullcrap, its really hard when the bar moves so spasmic and fast that its difficult to fill the tank lol.

All other minigames, except the ones emulated (Virtua On, Virtua Figher 2.1 and Toylests) lock the FPS to 60 automtically.
I guess they need to do the same for those.

no one responded when i made a thread about this, i'm glad i'm not the only one having problems with this stupid toylet game. took me about 12 tries to beat easy. haven't even tried the harder difficulties.

I'm really banging my head at first because i even can't finish the easy, BUT.... the trick i learned from some discussion thread is DON'T PLAY MILKY NOSE AT FULL BLADDER!! try it at max (3000 pt) and never win but on 1300 ml i finally can beat the easy difficulty. the problem isn't tied to frame rate at least but at your bladder level, smaller number the faster gauge fill.

PS4 trick... turn vibration on. Go by the vibration, when its vibrating hard you know you have the right 'spot'. At least that's how I did it on PS4.

I had to crank up the graphics settings to make my fps go down to 30 in order to beat it. don't make your framerate go TOO low though, or your bladder gauge will fall too fast, and that'll also make it really hard to win

guys, i dont think fps is the issue. i had a hard time until i realize you just need to have around 1000 to 1500 pee level. having the max pee level makes it harder to get the burst gauge max

It's in the sega club, you'll see a bathroom door with a sign on it.

Very beginning of the game (well first few chapters) there will be a guy outside of the sega arcade in iirc Sotenbori who will ask you to try their new toylets game.

You receive an item that powers up when you defeat enemies.

The counter increase after eating and drinking. Tea seems to increase the most, like 1000 per drink.

If you were talking about the prize for winning Toylets, I'm pretty sure the items were healing items and crappy weapons.
