How do I quit the game
How do I exit the game when I am done playing? There doesn't seem to be any way to get back to the main menu?

It should be in the options menu.

start...settings....quit to main menu....quit game?

Open pause menu -> Options -> exit to title -> confirm twice -> wait through splash screens -> press any button -> bottom option on main menu -> confirm again.

ALT + F4 also works.

EDIT: missed a couple of steps.

You might have to make sure the game still isn't ''on'' in task manager if you're gonna alt+f4 but you can also use it to close the game entirely.

ALT+F4 = 2 seconds
Japanese logic: settings, return to menu, confirm you want to return, confirm all unsaved progress will be lost, watch intro logos, enter start screen to press start, then you can select quit game after a good 30 seconds.
