Hurts to say it after a long wait, but it SUCKS.

Don't want to start a debate, but, IMHO, this is the farthest thing from a true RPG. Simply put, this subproduct is likable only to a minority of hardcore CCRPG players, more so if compared to modern masterwork DA: Inquisition.
It lacks the highly praised fetch FedEx quest system from DOA and Skyrim, as the popular dialogue wheel mechanism and the combat elements from another Bioware's master piece, Mass Effects 3, where gorgeous and complex button mashing mechanics make fights so brilliant. It lacks first-person mode, QTEs and the mechanism of climbing tower to reveal map, and all the things a true RPG needs to be enjoyable.
Also, here comes back the annoying character stat building mechanism, and the boring concept of a concept plot, which gives player's frustration to recall memory about the main quest and story line. This is just an insult to all COD fans and action gamers, as well as any potential casual gamers. It diminishes the taste of all gamers around the world via greatly reducing its accessibility. It is a jerk of all trade. This is a game for no one.
You will hate the return of the old-school tactical view from the mediocre Fallout 1&2, which only hardcore players who appreciate playing in turn mode, breaking the pace of combat.
The final nail in the coffin, no multiplayer-coop in a game who was screaming for PvP mode since day1, and naturally no auction houses nor microtransactions in 2021 is simply unacceptable, when this could have been the next WoW.
Overall, by adding the complexity and annoyance of old-school RPG, removing the best elements from 2 most famous modern RPGs, as the exciting button mashing combat mechanics to the game, leaving it single player only, this game has reached the lowest low of RPGs that none in the world could ever reach. This is some anachronistic piece of garbage no one should care for.
Thank heavens we can always count on Ubisoft and Beteshda, the holders of ultimate RPG tradition.
