This is the new “Ideas & Suggestions” thread for all your post-release dreams. Let us know what you would like to see in Encased in the future!

We'll listen carefully and be inspired by you; suggestions may very well make it into the game in future updates.

More psy options in dialogue, more endings, more stuff to do with companions and more side quests in the latter parts of the game.
Методом тыка нашел цепочку, связывающую группу. Предлагаю повесить на кнопку ПРОБЕЛ(вне боя) вкл/выкл всех связей, чтобы быстро разъединять или объединять отряд!

I think there should be options to ask Zemeckis to donate the Icebreaker. Maybe a diplomatic one after finishing his first quest or some way to convince him the necessity of having control over a way to enter and exit the dome.

Now that i got the chance to try controller support, i have to say i do not like how you guys handled the combat. The cursor is limited to small area on the screen and i didn't see an option have dynamic camera, where the camera snaps to the center of a character for example, whenever is their turn. The latter one is minor but it would certainly improve the experience, especially considering the small area the cursor is limited. But to me the most important feature that is lacking is the choice to cycle through targets, instead of having to select them using the cursor. I suggest to look for how larian handled controller support in this manner for divinity original sin 2. I'm talking about combat especifically. Other areas i didn't have problem with.

Would be wonderful if the Tele-Load perk effect could be toggled on and off with a button on the UI near the ammo indicator, with matching hotkey. Failing that, having it only apply when reloading in combat would be nice. Since the whole point of it is to remove the AP cost of reloading while gaining fatigue as a trade-off, it really shouldn't add fatigue when reloading in a situation where AP doesn't come in to play.

Thanks for controller support, however it's flawed. In combat, the curser is extremely slow when moving it around on controller with the left stick. There's no option to increase the speed. So, it's basically a drag trying to navigate anything. Moving around outside of combat with the controller is fine so far, but like I said, when switching to using the curser, it moves very slowly. I play other cRPG's with a similar controller function and don't have that issue. Just letting y'all know!

When you meet the requirement to lockpick/hack/etc an object without a tool the tool selector should either not appear to save us clicking through it or using a tool should reduce the fatigue cost.

Взять за основу сегодняшнее время, когда Россия и Украина конфликтуют, когда на Земле происходит борьба менталитетов, борьба эго.

I like this game. I have really nice falout 1/2 feeling. There is IMHO one big problem. One aspect of game is really annoying. Looting.
Too much of looting. When i visit new location, there are lots of containers to loot. Reduce it to maybe 30%.
It should not be so big problem if looting infuence everything. So you must loot to be good.
Looting is main source of money. And looting is extreme source of experience. From looting you get more experience than from quest or from fights.

So reduce loot, reduce exp from looting, increase looting rewards (because of reduced number of containers) and increase other experience rewards (to replace exp from loot). Or even give no exp from looting.

The 'problem' with this idea is that the game is fundamentally designed to allow you to fully develop a character specialising in nearly any aspect. So a character that is focused on stealth or non combat needs the looting xp to level up. The 'too much XP' thing only occurs because most of us are greedy and try to do everything on one character. So in short if they removed the bulk of the loot and hence the loot xp as you suggest then you invalidate any number of possible builds.

I don't know if this is still the case but it used to be possible to get extreme amounts of xp from killing and looting merchants. I don't recall which exactly but some late game bosses could potentially give over a level per kill... @lvl 50+. So yeah I agree that there are some 'broken' calculations involved in some aspects of looting but I hope you get what I mean about how it would crush some builds. Just requires some self control if you don't want all the loot xp I guess. I totally don't have that self control but someone might.

edited to add a screenshot of some of the nuts xp you could get. IIRC it scaled up at higher levels to over 100k.

AGREE - A LOT fewer boxes with more and better loot in them.
Also ( In my personal opinion ) I would prefer More combat opportunities
