Not even sure the devs still exist, because they dont support this game anymore.
eventhough there were things i disliked about this game, i always hoped to see more stuff to come..
Because that's the end.....I say she died just like Scoot. :3
Another company (with same owners) did buy their engine and IP, but they don't seem to have been able to do anything with it, i guess...
Any idea who bought it?
the wiki does not mention it (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HydroEngine) but i 100% agree! i would love to see this engine in use on other games, Uncharted would be awesome with flowing water in sunken ruins or somthing like that
It's not correct. The game was not released in episodes on consoles. It was released as Hydrophobia, then updated to prophecy. For those who said the devs didn't support it you are incorrect. It had a massive patch that changed most everything , and improved everything it didn't change. (I know this because I bought it day one on 360).
That said, it's a single player game, the updates were finished. Also it tanked hardcore. Didn't sell well at all due to horrible reviews. Most of which were overly harsh on the game. The dev team is likely not around anymore due to losing a ton of money making this.
