Steam doesn't launch the game

I get an error: "An error occured while updating oOo: Ascension (missing executable) : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\oOo Ascension\oOo.exe". There's an oOo Ascension.exe in the folder and launching the game with it works but no steam features work and steam doesn't recognize the game....

Any chance to add achievements retroactively?

Due to Steam user disconnection issues from the servers I've been playing up to world 6 and wasn't acknowledged for anything I did. Pretty much decided to drop the game in hope some sort of achievements checksum will be added. Thanks in advance, no hard feelings if this isn't possible. Was hoping to feature this game otherwise....
