Legendary or Unique item on the floor cant pick up

So I just looted a chest and dropped some goodies, of which I cannot even pick up.... Best Game Ever!!!

Are you using a loot filter? Only thing I can think of, as with almost 200 hours of play I've never seen it light up but not show the name.

Another thing to try would be turning item display off then on again to reset it.

No filter or anything bro, I did I also turned off loot filter and nothing. And when I teleported to town....Everything Reset

I mean could very well be a bug, the fun thing about bugs in this game is:
If people encounter them, and do not report them, they will never get fixed.

i reported this bug like 100 times until now...
it happes very often.
All items are bugged except gold. you can also not pick up shards.

you can relog and it works again. for a while...

It is a known bug. You have to reboot the client in most cases to fix the bug

Someone wrote that a LONG PRESS on the RIGHT STICK hide all loot. And thats true.
Pearhaps this is a real feature, not a bug -.-

All you have to do is turn on tooltips and you can pick up the items (shift+z I believe, check key bindings in the settings menu).
Yes it's a bug (and they hopefully fix it), but you won't have to miss out on your items that way.

This is true, and there's a keyboard command to do the same thing. EHG should really remove this feature or make it require more deliberate commands to activate, because people keep triggering it unintentionally.

I tried the loot filter disable and so on, but nothing worked, I was there for a good 5mins trying to get it lol. I reported this 2 times. and once at their email

I had this happen to me a few times. Freaked out and bug reported it before I looked into the keybindings and found the shift z or alt z trick.

If it's the same issue I've run into, then this happen when you make a personal portal (pressing right stick on gamepad). The only way I could fix it was to restart the game, pressing X didn't work at all. After I learned that this was what was causing it I've stayed away from making portals and it hasn't happened since. It sucks that I have to trudge to the waypoints whenever I want to teleport somewhere, but it beats having to restart the game and losing potential awesome loot.

I'm sure people already tried this, but either pressing 'x' (in my case) or going into my filters and unchecking all of them makes the items show up. This is definitely a bug, agreed, and the filters themselves sometimes go haywire. Sometimes items will light up with names but I know they're being filtered out.

it's not about loot filters.
hide loot is something different. (press x does not help, you have to long press the right stick, or something special on the keyboard.)
