The camera?
I can't find camera controls in game at all. Nothing under settings and nothing commonly used in other games. My player is 3/4 off center almost to the edge. I can't do anything other than zoom a little in and out. No way to rotate or move the camera? I searched for an answer and all I got was steam and reddit complaints about the same issue for months. Also steam won't allow me to leave a review which I guess keeps people from venting.

You can only zoom, but your character should be centered.

Can you post a screenshot of what your game looks like?

I refunded, searching turned up lots of camera complaints and devs menioned more than once that was it.

LE has an awful camera. It's zoomed in too close, and no controls or ways to rotate it. Easily the worse camera out of all the big ARPGs.

I don't like it when arpgs have a camera that rotates. It adds unnecessary complexity.

I love the camera in this/

Unlike diablo and POE which have unusable levels of zoom.

What's complex about a rotating camera? Are you talking from a user perspective, or a development perspective?

Its an isometric game, the environment is likely designed around the camera. Like it's only made to be viewed from one angle, if you could rotate the camera the graphics break. This is done for better performance, because there is no point rendering stuff you don't need to see. Just about every game in this genre does the exact same.

I personally wouldnt mind being able to zoom out a bit more. Its definitely better than D4s camera though. Thats claustraphobic af. I ended up buying an ultrawide for it LMFAO. Im not complaing about the monitor though, I actually enjoy it for the most part haha.
But yea, the camera could be zoomed out more. I dont think it needs to rotate myself. I played however many hours of grim dawn before I knew that camera rotated. ITs a cool feature but not needed.

Especially as my rogue can just shoot arrows that go off screen but still kill enemies that I cannot yet see.
It would suggest the game should be able to zoom out at least that far.
