Well Lost Ark is fun combat wise. but it's massively pay to win and doesn't respect your time at all. If you don't want to pay to progress faster have fun doing the tedious dailies on lots of alts. Oh and the pure RNG BS of honing tends to be the breaking point for many. I forgot to mention it's inundated with bots.

Lost Ark is free though so you can always try it first and decide for yourself.

So true Frodo I agree with you and I think the game would be Amazing, I wish this game was not a Pay to win game I Watched and Found a Video on YouTube and this guy spent $50,000 on Lost Ark this guy is rich I guess but i would never spend 50 thousand Dollars on a damn game i could buy a house with that!!

I forgot and almost installed yesterday, until I got reminded of the hours.

Lost Ark I had high hopes for but it was so meh and the loot is just horrible.

Lost Ark endgame content is focused on 8-man and 4-man raids/dungeons with the story and islands being the main solo content. There are some interesting stories with various islands, but the ilvl grinding in the game and FOMO with gold makes most players skip the story-focused content to get their gold from raids and dungeons. With multiple characters running these activities every day or week for a chance to slightly boost one characters' ilvl, it causes burn out for most people at higher ilvl. There's also a lack of build variety.

Last Epoch is better for 1-4 man sessions with no obligations and build variety. Drop in and drop out whenever, low-stress, and you can go at your own pace with no FOMO. At least, that's what I think when I play Last Epoch.

I believe the Cycle system they have currently is the equivalent of that. I only know it's for leaderboards, but it could be for something else in the future. I'm unsure if there is or will be additional content like Path of Exile does with each of its Leagues.

Lost Ark is a "Piano Game" grinder, were you learn the automovement of your combo through your fingers, and than you close the eyes.

Last Epoch is a Action RPG, were you build into your "favortite" skill, and than you close your eyes.
