Please Nerf Elder Gaspar Tri-Beam Attack
some of us do not have mario skills to move with the Tri-Beam attack.
I cannot get past the first phase of his attacks and die each time he uses Tri-Beam.
The longest I survived was probably 4 seconds and then die to either the beam in front or the beam behind.

This is the most frustrating mechanic I have encountered in the game.
The mechanic is stopping me from getting to empowered monoliths.

Since I cannot beat this mechanic, I have zero incentive to spend hours making another character who will simply end up at this mechanic and fail as well.

Please, please, please , please nerf this mechanic. Either reduce the speed 50%, make the damage reduced by 50% or remove the Tri-Beam attack entirely.

This mechanic completely interrupts the flow of the game.

Just add some movement speed to your boot and stay near him then run around him you never hit that beam. And you are also can attack him while running around.

Stay close to the boss. The closer you are the less movement you need to have to outrun the beam.

Maybe you tell us which class you are playing?

If you are standing far away you will get hit. Stand on him when he does it and you can literally walk slowly.

Instead of calling for a nerf I would suggest learning the fight.,

I managed to beat him but I agree on one thing - the beams should not be as wide as they are now. I would reduce their width by 25%, without changing anything about the damage or visuals and it would feel better to fight him.

The width doesn't matter....just don't stand on the edge of the arena. It could be a sliver of safe ground and you'd be able to dodge if you just didn't stand in narnia.

It matters because the margin of error when you have lower movement speed is too small - staying close enough and without touching any of the beams is too difficult. Especially considering two things:
1. No WSAD movement
2. Various movements buffs being lost when you stop attacking

I literally just did this fight last night. I stood on this dudes face as a falconeer and had to stifle my movement. Movement speed does not matter at all.

The reasons you're giving aren't really good reasons when there are so many people who don't have the issue you had.

If 10 people are all saying how to do X and you say "Well I cannot do X" that's litearally a skill issue.
