2. No. If you going to max stability to reset the monolith or fight the bosses, then do that. If you are clearing for XP and/or farming specific rewards, complete them as fast as possible.
3. Each monolith timeline drops a higher rate of specific times. In that example, the Age of Winter drops rings and amulets as the echo rewards. So if you want to target farm ring and amulets drops of all types (exalted, unique, etc.) then you would focus run this monolith.
