I did it with a Stormtotem Shaman, which had sucky movement speed before the battle. I had to change it around like this:
Plop down storm totem + briar patch with healing specced into it. Also added some healing effectiveness for minions which gave me 190hp/s. Also recrafting some gear to add as much movement speed I could get along with Aspect of the Storm from tornado. Add in some health regeneration and it was fine. Additionally got a Storm Crow to buff the totem too.
I just ran around dodging her attacks while the totem did its work all while getting healed. It became a -lengthy- easy fight that way. Had to sacrifice some dps for mana sustain too, but thats just how building works i guess :)
Just sucks she has to replenish her health twice on top of having 2 phases.
Also the loot sucks so it was never worth it.
TLDR Movement speed/skill is very important + sustain and healing go above dps on account of her unstoppable health regen.
Survivability is more important than dmg stats even on softcore.
Thank you all for the responses. I will also try fighting her with my VK, see how that goes.
