There isn't a config file anywhere that i can see, so there isn't anything to give you

The other two games had put it in
C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Local\BANDAI NAMCO Games\GOD EATER etc

Yes i already looked in the app data folder, there isn't one, its probably making use of cloud storage for it so that it can sync your keybinds between computers

Outside of that its not likely to help as the config will be auto-generated for your machine

I wasnt able to find a config folder but i found a systemdata.bin. Not sure if will help or even work since it may be locked to my steam profile.

it got my hopes up, lasted another 5 seconds while it seemed like it was going to launch but it didnt lol

Same here lol.i can start the game but when i start playing a mission my game stopped working and it say something like file problem
