Skagzilla Not Appearing (Glitch?)
I beat him, but remember from playing on PS3 that you can return to farm XP from him again.

Anyway, I've exited the map, returned, activated the bait, but he just doesn't come out from his cave.

Is my game broken?

did you turn the mission in first? i've never farmed him as he doesnt drop anything and the other side quests there give you heaps of xp

I fixed it. I simply exited the game, reloaded, and he appeared again.

He'll be back next season!! And Brienne only won because he was infected and weary from travel. Prime Hound would have REKT Brienne! haha
