Older games that get 4K Texture packs ALWAYS get higher requirements, the BioShock series did exactly that when they got Remasters.
4K means more performance will be needed, so the requirements WILL be higher compared to the originals.
And your point? It's getting a REMASTER so obviously this will probably no longer be the case. I don't even see what this has to do with the quoted statement in your reply.
A good example would be Burnout Paradise Remastered.. they retextured a couple of random things like the street lights and gave us the same exact game (which already ran fine in 4K), and runs fine on old hardware in 1080P.
