NQ mod not working

so I followed the online instructions on how to install the No Quitters mod for Civ 5. I extracted the files and put them in the DLC folder in Civ 5's files, but I get no changes when I play the game. What am I doing wrong?

Same-same... Mods are not working; Is there a solution out there? In the workshop all I see is "subscribe." No way to manually download and place in the mod folder. H, E, double toothpicks, mods are half the fun.

some mods are not compataible with NQ mod like the mod that gives diplomatic value on quick speed

Hmm it should work if you put it in the right folder. Does it display in your ingame DLC list?

yeah thee are 2 versions actually
