Not true start locations. True city names so that when you found cities it's accurate based on location.
Tried them. Both don't have true city names based on location.
You mean every city you build is automatically receiving its real name on Earth, according to its location.
To have real city names according to the real life positions, you must have a real life map, first (every game the same map, not random maps, which is one of the strong features of Civ games and greatly enhances replay value). Then you must build the cities in special locations, no freedom of playing, Civ gameplay becomes very bad.
And what clthomps comment said.
