Insufficient Resolution

Can I increase the resolution in any way? In High setting, the detected resolution is 1440x1600 and I can't change it with FPSvr o increasing the Global Setting in Steam.

Achievement Broken

Fan Club - Listen to all 6 tapes is definitely broken, Please fix or remove this achievement if there's no plan for a patch, it would only take a few seconds and would mean a lot. https://i.imgur.com/3J5ARKP.png

How many tapes are there?

I think I found all of them, and listened to them, but I didn't receive the achievement for listening to all tapes. 2 for march, 2 for april and 1 for may (if I'm remembering it right).
