"Complete the game without" achievements

How do you get those?
Play all levels in one session and restart if you blow yourself up or get caught?
Or delete the save game?

As long as you quit to main menu instead of restarting the level and then start from level 1 and do them all in a row it'll count, if that's clearer. :3

Not bombing yourself is super easy, the hard one is avoiding the bastard censor because it moves pretty randomly. Always be generous with the space you give him and be patient on the final level, because the hitbox is bigger than it looks.

For me, the achievments unlocked when I got to the final level (didn't have to complete it.) Also, even though my first playthrough was perfect only the Lucky achievement unlocked. I had to play through a second time to get Dodger.
