Does Flamethrower/Spark shot count as Sub Weapon?

Good question, if I had to be a hardass, I would say the picture shows no Grenades/Knives it doesn't provide any insight that flamethrower/sparkshot is not allowed, this goes with conjunction to the No Shotgun/Grenade Launcher icon as well.

If it really means just handguns only, it is hella hard.

Sub weapons are knives, grenades, flash bangs and I think I'm forgetting one but I think you get the idea of what all falls under that category. In summation no those don't count as sub weapons.

Sub-weapons are weapons that can be used via "ready sub-weapon" command. It's like literally written in-game hints.

You cannot use any infinite weapons, shotgun, grenade launcher, knives, hand grenades, and flash grenades. You can freely use anything else. This is why probably Claire B is the easiest way to do it, simply grab the SMG before G1 and use it to delimb all zombies in your way.

A knife is no sub-weapon, but an SMG is?!? I don't think so...

Exactly! Any weapon that can be manually used by holding SPACE/LB

What what? You never played a B scenario? You can grab all three weapons before going to the first boss.

Edit: Ok, i might missunderstand tje challenge (either DO use sub-weapons or DONT), but knives AND SMG can't be BOTH allowed or not allowed, if its about sub-weapons!

- No subweapons (means that you can't use grenades and knifes)
- No bonus infinite weapons (your results will not count if you use one of those, including infinite knife)

With that being said, you can use - Handguns, Magnums, SMG, Flamethrower, Spark Shot. regular Minigun, regular Rocket Launcher.

See, that wasn't too hard.

Nobody wrote the details here and I did not touch the game since days, so no: it WAS hard... So far people only talked about sub-weapons or leaving out the details, see my last edit.

maybe my question is wrong sorry about that...IMO it should be allowed since there is no Icon saying you cannot use it..and Also MAGNUM should be considered handgun :D soo imma try them and let u guys know

Seeing as you're from the netherlands, I'm going to assume english isn't your first language and you more than likely aren't very good at it... Because this thread was explained perfectly and wasn't hard at all...

Looks like you don't understand english, as before Yodel Daddy clarified what the challenge includes, it wasn't mentioned... *roll eyes*
