Help?? Deadly heal won't even hit.
Hey all, I've had one of the best runs I have ever experienced recently and I was even able to consistently heal to full health. Unfortunately I didnt know concentrated spells pretty much makes healing bolt null and void, im going to go explore other areas for piercing shot but no luck so far. I also have deadly heal though and on the other hand deadly heal just simply wont hit me, and wont do any healing, I'm confused as to why it even does its so weird

Your issue is probably that the deadly heal projectile does not friendly fire by default; you need some modifier (piercing shot/bloodlust) to make the projectile able to hit you.

Bloodlust is a guaranteed find using a stone tablet in the alchemist hut, or you can use Null Shot to remove the damage from the basic heal.

Hand your deadly heal wand to an enemy, then get hit on purpose. After that, just end them, and you'll heal.

I actually did have null shot and I tried it with the basic healing bolt, do I still need bloodlust for it to hit with nullshot though?

For Deadly Heal you do. Deadly Heal has to be modified with self-damage to work on the player. Null Shot will remove the actual damage without affecting its ability to heal you.

Regular Healing Bolt doesn't need it. Null Shot only removes damage.

I just defeated the alchemist and got my hands on some greek spells.
Is there a way to get unlimited uses out of my [extend timer][bloodlust][heavy shot][deadly heal] wand?
Will dual cast [copy spell] [copy modifiers] do the trick?

Put the greek letter where the Deadly Heal is, the modifiers will apply to it. When it copies the spell, that copy will have all the modifiers.
The new wand should go something like:
[Extend Timer][Bloodlust][Heavy Shot][Gamma][Deadly Heal]
Where the exact position of the Deadly Heal will change depending on whether you have an Alpha, Gamma, Tau, or Phi.

I used Omega, quite costly on mana but it worked as intended, thanks a lot.

I'll now continue to whip myself while reciting "this happens if you pick the plasma spells".
