I don't have a problem with the effect but maybe it could be set to a timer like a stain effect. This would also prevent the game from getting destroyed if you happened to have both explosion and fire immunity.
I sat around for about a minute waiting for it to wear off. It didnt wear off and i noticed i was on fire, so i started booking it with my 3 blackholes and waterjets to dowse myself lol.
My roommate was watching when it happened, and when the game crashed both of us yelled out "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" lol
They got time, the game already can handle gigantic amounts of physics happening all at once.
Legit the only time I've managed to tank the game down to under 30 frames.
And you have to remember, this game is applying a physics engine to every pixel. Thats a LOT of processor power requirement and even just water flowing ive tanked my FPS.
It stacks, I cast 40 of them on the final boss and it was a good time.
