Why do you look for some third party site with the most shadiest look to download the program from?
It's literally the first link when you google the program name.
THEY know a bunch of kids in games wants to find a way to cheat, and this provides it... AT A COST. So they plant viruses in them in most sources.
If Cheat Engine was open source and you compiled it yourself, you can reduce the risk, but I think it's closed source where the 'owner' is making huge profits from everyone's misery...
The cheaters ruining online games, and people wanting to hack single player games to find secrets.

As others have said, download from the official site. I've never had a problem with CE but then I don't download anything from shady sites.
